This category applies to South African (SA) trained physiotherapists who emigrated and are working or living abroad. PLEASE NOTE: THIS CATEGORY CAN ONLY BE CHOSEN IN THE YEAR AFTER YOU LEFT SA. This membership will allow members to keep abreast with what is happening within the physiotherapy profession in SA.

Honorary Life Members & Life Member [65] can receive a discounted rate. For Life Membership you must turn 65 in the year preceding the year you wish to join, e.g. for 2025 Life membership, you need to turn 65 on or before 31 December 2024, AND you must have been a member of the SASP in the year preceding, e.g. for 2025 Life membership you must have been a member of the SASP in 2024 (excludes 'ECommerce membership').
